Sunway Sitges Pre-Game Preparations AKA eating and drinking in Spain!

I am here in Sitges, Spain at the Sunway Sitges 2023 International chess tournament with over 1000 players competing. I lost round one with some very bad play and then lost round two with moderate to bad stomach issue. There are still 8 more rounds to go however so hopefully I feel better tomorrow and bounce back.

I started writing an article about my experience in Barcelona prior to the start of the event but it has proved challenging to produce.
